A beautiful Tiara with small flowers of diamante rhinestones and center imitation pearls covering the complete Tiara. Has loops for pinning on the head, and silver wired. This came from a bridal shop that was closing, so it is new and in perfect condition. Measures 17 in.'s circumference.
