Exquisite Austrian rhinestone pin in a three dimensional design. Stones are cobalt blue with aurora borealis blue hues. Gold stars are accented with beautiful blue rhinestones. A large stone sits at the bottom, all are prong set. Outside rim is gold wire bent around and around to form the outer rim. This pin certainly looks gold washed but it has no marks saying such.
