Monogramed with what looks like MBB & beautiful engraving that covers the entire top & sides, four footed and measures 2 1/2 in.'s square and 3/4 in.'s deep. Marked The Van Bergh S. P. Co. Quadruple Plate. Made in U.S.A. Rochester N.Y. Excellent vintage condition. Van Bergh Silver Plate Co. was founded in 1892 and incorporated, July 1,1904 through 1925. In 1926 it became Onieda Community Ltd. and moved to Oneida, New York.

Vintage Mexican Sterling Compact - Gorgeous! Dynamic Mexican sterling silver ladies compact with a beautiful intricate engraved Mexican design of the sun and other motifs, which speak for its self in the images. Inside the hallmarks read - op mex 925 Guam fi sterling - eagle with # 21 in the center. Compact is in good++ condition, there is some shading that goes completely around the compact but is not distracting or really very noticeable, the inside has mirror and close-able powder compartment with sifter. This is an exceptional piece of Mexican craftmanship. Measures nearly 3 in. square. Nice and heavy.
